I received the appraisal yesterday and it included a warning about potential severe increases in flood insurance costs in the years ahead.

I hear resounding calls to act and warnings against "analysis paralysis".

I like removing that problem, even if it costs more, because everything is clean without concerns and potential future problems that can pop up with little warning.

I think there are many ways to make money and just warning people to take a better route as one day your state may start enforcing the law.

Just wanting to warn everyone about possible issues with using the provided title services associated with a Hubzu auction property.This is what happened to me on a recent transaction on a fix and flip property that I bought in Northern Kentucky just outside Cincinnati.Hubzu’s contract states, basically, that if the buyer uses their designated title agency (Premium Title / Altisource) for title work and closing then the seller will pay the closing fees and owners title policy.
