I try to imagine my young kids using this bathroom and what it would look like over time if they did, and based on how it looks now, I'm certain my kids would have that place consistently soaked with water going everywhere and covered in mold/mildew/rot within less than a year :PI'm definitely not against leaving them as is if it makes more sense financially, I'm just not convinced that it will in the long term.

I have soaked them in bathtub before to try to clean and I don't really care to do that again.

I currently have it soaked with white vinegar and plans to wire brush it later, but I was wondering if anyone else had any other remedy for this or any success in doing so.

After soaking for 5-10 minutes, we would use it to get paint out of carpet, off linoleum, etc with no discoloration.

There was more joint compound in those walls than drywall lol place needed painted entirely and all flooring was urine soaked all screens were torn .all walls punched in .

They are one bedroom units so I don't know how many tenants I would have with small children and need a tub to bathe them in, however there may be the odd person who likes to soak every now and then and would need a tub.

Makes an extreme slope for water to run away before it soaks down and in.
