Congratulations on your first property in LA! I'm also in LA and aiming for a multi-family to house hack for my first property as well. I'm a newbie and currently just trying to soak up all the excellent discussion in the forums. Thanks for sharing your deal. Could you elaborate more on what you were looking for, how you got the deal, if it's a turnkey or fixer upper, what cash flow you project, how you decided to invest in LA, etc? Would love to hear about it. Thanks!
