That same money sitting in a high yield  savings account would be earning you $7,500/year at 5% on $150,000.  

Hopefully that $250k cash is sitting in a HY savings or CD generating a boring 5% return.

I don't know him personally and I haven't used his product so I can't sit here and give you an honest review.But what I can say is that this statement from his sales page is very suspicious.
