Probably in this area most landlord would handle it through the deposit instead of asking more rent but more important 1) who's responsible for taking the dog out 2) how many times a day 3) does the lease now state that the poop is to be picked up by the owner on a regular basis 4) Is it a breed that won't get your homeowner's insurance canceled?

My work there is in helping villages  become more self sufficient through better agriculture practices, improved house building (there's a great hand operated block maker from South Africa that we will use in the next program), cross breeding local chickens to create a meatier, stronger flock and teach sewing for local needs.

In my leases, I specifically name the animal, breed, size, and age, and write "and no others" after the section regarding allowed animals.

So skyrocketing rents don't help when they don't pay. 2) Our legislature is trying to make evictions illegal....they are looking for a way to exit the moratorium without anyone being responsible for back rent or losing "their" free home paid for by the new breed of government freebie: forced free housing at the landlords expense.
