This BP community is amazing and I look forward to the investments but more so to the people involved in all aspects. 

It is a great place to meet new friends and learn about various aspects of real estate and more. 

If everyone was educated in this I think people would make drastically different decisions in almost all aspects of life. 

Tenant screening is key up there as it is anywhere and you need a PM who takes this aspect of the business seriously.

So much for low HOA fee.Another aspect of rental expenses is utilities, as well as snow removal and lawn mowing. 

I am eager to get started and would love to get the know the market here at home.With that said, I am new to this end of the industry and am looking for some guidance and advice in every aspect. 

That helps us overlook the other aspects of the property, that unfortunately, aren't the best.  

I like the construction aspect of flipping and large lump sums at the end.

Also I want to say, it's not just syndicator that is problematic , but non-bank lender is also problematic.I believe there would be more scrutiny and regulation in these two aspects: financing and syndication, this is like 2008 to subprime.

A key aspect of real estate is financial management.You can also start networking with people in the area you want to invest, and start learning from them.
