Karen, I agree that BP is a fabulous one stop shop for RE info.  

I had a tenant earlier in the year tell me that rent wasn't late after I sent over a late noticeI said "well my account doesn't show a deposit"Tenant said " I have a deposit receipt here and I can text it to you"I said "perfect, send it over and I will check it out"Tenant texted it to meSo I sent it to the bank where they confirmed that the deposit receipt was duplicated from the previous month and photo shopped, tenant change some numbers on the receipt.

Im trying to figure out if i should shop local or if there's some good websites with better pricing i should be ordering from. this is what i plan to order...

Regarding skip tracing, Tracers is a good resource as TLO has been declining more folks the past year When I had my HML shop we had an Accurint product that was called fraud detector for loan applications.. it was amazing  what is out there. 

Might be worth it to have them shop around for you.

Values have stayed very steady in that area, with its proximity to Oviedo and Avalon on either side that have the great schools and shopping/family friendly retail. 

Personally as someone living in Old City the many developments along Christopher Columbus Blvd, and the capping project along I-95 near present great opportunities in the future for new shops and restaurants.What are your thoughts!
