I am looking at multifamily units in Denver, but I cannot make the numbers work with 11% of rents allocated for property management (and I need it, unfortunately:  my job=extensive travel).I am aware of RE cycles and where Denver likely is.  

But it's too late now that the raccoons have made a habit of visiting.These bins were issued by the city, two regular trash bins, two recycle waste bins, two yard waste bins, of different colors.

It allows you to continuously reuse or recycle your initial investment capital while growing your rental portfolio. 

I've seen some clever blinds and lattice corrals for trash and recycling cans.Is that door to the concrete pad with no purpose a kitchen door?

If you decide to replace it and it's aluminum make sure to load it up and take it to the local recycling center.

In my area they also recycle a lot of these materials.
