B2r financing

Hello, Has anyone closed a loan with B2r finance? I started the loan process 3months ago for a 4 unit ,I've worked with 3 processors to a point I can't get an email response! Please share if you have dealt with them !!

I am in a 7 month fiasco with B2R, we are about to close finally but it has been horrible.  Do not use them. 

Get a copy of your appraisal and see if you can use it with another lender.  Cut your losses and run.
