And the market conditions are unwelcoming (physically distressed inventory, difficulties with Ogden City, and poor tenant pool). 

The smaller investors could look to pool resources to potentially a class action.

A tip: While comparing mortgage brokers, don’t forget to ask them about any incentives or first-time homebuyer programs that may be available in your area.
