Does anyone know of a reliable service provider that will go out to a property address and take photos for you and give a market analysis for that particular neighborhood?

There are mushrooms growing in spots also (see photos).When looking through the windows I can see where the water is leaking from the refrigerator plumbing and looks like some of the hard wood is starting to buckle and the trim has absorbed some water.

I provided the seller with photos and descriptions of the problems the inspection revealed.

If you have to pay a little extra it should be nominal at best and built into the electrical budget. 

I like taking photos of things that don't move, but every property I've done has unique challenges that I've had trouble overcoming.

The properties were in pretty bad shape compared to the photos, and there was 8 feet of water damage from the recent floods.
