After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad several months ago, I reevaluated my philosophy on investment and retirement planning... and life in general (which may have had something to do with turning 30 as well).

I’ve read many of the Kiyosaki books and buy in to the overall philosophy that he preaches (trading time for money, leverage, tax benefits, etc.).

I don't under stand their philosophy on holding onto these properties.

That's just my philosophy, we all have different goals and dreams.

I've even been able to make it work on a few rare occasions, so I know it's possible.It probably just depends on each individual's philosophy on "personal responsibility".
