We both manage our own units, and just pay a master condo insurance for all exteriors/yard/fence together.

The future is renovating the master bath.

I'd suggest researching the different types of investing methods and then choosing one that interests you the most and mastering it.

-Exactly 3 weeks after telling me how it wasn't their fault and they weren't damaging the place on purpose, one of the unsupervised children used a lighter and started a fire under a bed in the master bedroom.

The problem was that our Campanelli ranch had a couple of additions built on it, including a 700 sq ft 2nd floor master suite. 

Lots smaller probably due to the age...Guessing if you got gas bills its on master metered gas. 

plus for me were we bought up in Summerlin I like the fact that there is no traffic and its master planned gated communities so I can lock and leave.. here in PDX our roads are becoming maxed out and traffic is a major issue..
