It's too profitable to put on pause and do something else.As they say, those who can, do, those who can't, teach.

She paused (felt like the longest pause ever) then she told me that she will think about it and give me a call, so i said ok. 5 minutes after we hung up she called me back and said if i could do 30k (I didnt expect her counter to be so low, but i wasnt about to question it), to which i agreed.

I was going to bump my offer up, but I paused, and asked my agent if the reason for the increased deposit was to make sure I wouldn't walk from the deal.

He paused and then said he'd let it go for 40k.

I am also generally looking for deals (westvale, tipp hill, university are, camillus) but just closed on a house last week and another in a couple weeks so I may need to pause in order to get those online and stable before going back into buying mode again.

I have quite a bit of determination to find a good deal, but I don't want it to slip through my fingers as I pause to research my next steps.

Landlord via LandlordLandlord cheater, I  unknown from now i see , rent was 1,000 dollars renter it house not good condition I should check even whole house check up before paid the rent , but Landlord not give the list even room to room , bathroom, wash and dry has wrong wall pause and no dish-wash, house so small size , we know suppose be good for living comfortable, whole house still not condition found and foundation balance .

Generally speaking, a landlord needs a way to stop/pause payments from a tenant on a per lease case - in order to properly handle evictions.

Whether or not we are near a top in the market, or just a pause or continuance, the fact remains that there are far fewer (if any!)
