This might sound common sense to some people but we all know that a lot of people live paycheck to paycheckLooking forward to everyone's input I think what you suggest is a noble concept, but I am not sure they would listen to a landlord.

I bought my first RE book "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner.It was the only book available in Barnes n Noble abt rental properties that time.As I read the book he kept on mentioning abt Bigger Pockets so I googled it and since then there's never a day that I didn't listen to their podcasts or read their forums.
