Most roofers would not (or should not) install that many layers for several reasons: voided shingle warranty, accelerated shingle deterioration because of the layers underneath, and constant callbacks for nails backing out of the shingles due to the nails being too short to grab wood roof deck under all the shingles.

But, if you have done 10, 15, 20 or 50 such deals, the chances of wearing an orange jump suit just went up.Here's another issue, when you get hooked in a real estate/finance violation, chances vary good that you used a bank for deposits, used the mail in the deal and from that you can get nailed for other serious federal charges.

LOL.. nothing more than lending guruism.But with all the talk of no money down real estate from BP, to late night TV blah blah blah.. these folks I am sure get a lot of hits and make a very sizable amount of money on the turn downs.you hit the nail on the head with these folks in my personal opinion as a HML and from a HML perspective.
