Occasionally the gay one has a melt down about life, but she handles it well from AZ.As an aside we have a LOT of contract-for-deed investors that run rentals for us in the hope of paying it off eventually.

This made her angry and now she wants us to water proof her basement because a very small amount of water passes to the drain during heavy rains and snow melt (no standing water at all). 

not active in ATL at this time.. when I was  it was first as a HML before the 08 melt down.. then post 2010 I set up a court house steps buying operation until the hedge funds came in and kicked all us little guys to the curb.. was able to buy about 50 homes though in about 14 months. 

This is the best time to organize, train, and equip a coalition of the willing to take action when the market melts down....

And that's how I'd present it to this guy - look, you look like a meltdown about to happen, or someone who couldn't withstand a melt-down.

It's literally just a restive wire made using an alloy that has a high melting point.

This is a small one, but in my first rental it was only spoken that the tenant would shovel the snow and salt the sidewalk to melt the ice.

I sure hope this one is contained though and not a full blown melt down.. 

Snow in the winter, not any more than in the TC, but it melts the next day or the day after that. 330 days of sun every single year.
