Recently in one of the podcasts I heard a reference to the "thumbtack" app.

I’m a user experience designer by day (i design apps and websitws) and (selfishly) am wondering what kind of pain-points or potential apps, websites, or other digital products you wish existed!

Legal Fees $2400 Deposit Required for the mortgage - 20% - $35,000Right now rehab - 22,000Property improvements and correction of deferred maintenance over the next 2 years - additional $24,000 Mortgage payment - 871$ / monthWater - app $200/monthProperty Tax - app. $300/monthGrass/snow - quoted by a local company at $274/month (1800 for snow for the year, 1500 for grass for the year) Insurance - $140/month (got a great rate not cheap insurance) The heat source and hot water is natural gas, New furnaces and water heaters installed in 2015. 

Only after we have a free app filled out do we schedule a walk through.This is kind of like the "matterport" software however, it's DIRT cheap.

None of my browsers worked and I ended up downloading the BP app on my phone.

They do not charge an app fee for service animals, but they do charge an application fee for pets.

If there were one problem that somebody should build an app for, what would it be?

I have an app on my phone to take pictures of the report and compile them in a pdf, but it's not as good as a scan from a scanner.
