I know I have an awesome set of skills to bring to the REI table (people-driven, experience with government/lengthy paperwork, budgeting responsibilities, managerial, a love of the deal hunt, etc) yet the moment I start to talk to my future plans with my friends/family, I feel like a deflating balloon.

I don't understand the process of this honestly if someone could shed some light.I know this is a bit lengthy, but I'm a newbie and only way I'm going to learn is through asking questions from people have been through it.

Also, you don't want to encourage lengthy vacancies. 

Some are short and sweet others can be lengthy talkers.

Going through the paper work right now and its quite lengthy so wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze in today's market.

The comment about supply not catching up to demand was as much about the restrictive and lengthy entitlement process as it was about the diverse and robust employers in the area in a variety of sectors.

Once the attorney starts the lengthy process the owner can sell the property to someone else.
