If the tenant will not grant access, your state certainly has laws on the books that provide the seller with the ability to post a notice in the door and come with law enforcement ad a locksmith to gain access.

Also, you can use the county info to find out about code enforcement liens, weed abatements, water and sewer, etc.

hope it resolves for you soon.it doesnt help you now but ive read about putting a waiver of right to jury trial in the lease, that in some cases that may be enforceable.

If not then enforce the no permit work and make them correct the work.You could build a privacy fence right up against it and there would be nothing they could do about this.

This makes me confuse, and get me thinking-- either one can build duplexes under A1 Fam dwelling because how city pass ALL the inspections without noticing it during the construction (specially city of Austin where they are really strict on enforcing construction codes).

I quit my full time job in law enforcement last February to raise my children. ( 2 under 2.. daycare cost nearly as much as my salary. ) I am not looking to commit a ton of time to the real estate agency because I want and need to be with my children.With all of my personal interests and requirements do you think it would still be worth my time to get my license?
