It's a part of human society everywhere. immigrant like us is the one that see oooh there're so many opportunities in America haha lol  Those who always complain is the one the family has lived here for hundred years and take everything for granted, maybe the solution to change their perspective is for them to live 2 years in bangkok or vladivostok, hopefully they should be grateful after one year living there lol

House Bill 2498 would revise the rules governing Arizona's Do-Not-Call registry by allowing the list to apply to text messages in addition to phone calls.Current law states that anyone who registers on the Do-Not-Call list cannot be contacted over the phone by solicitors or sellers.HB 2498 expands the list's scope by prohibiting the sending of text messages to numbers registered on the Do-No-Call list.
