In 2019 I thought the eagle had landed with the release of a much hyped CRM but once I was fully immersed in that system the many shortcomings forced us to leave almost immediately.Then we entered the nomad's land of google spreadsheets and reminders to manage leads.

It's been a journey and I'm really immersing into it.

It's helped keep me immersed and focused on my real estate journey.

Having just moved from Cleveland, Ohio, I'm excited to immerse myself in the city's thriving market and connect with other like-minded individuals who share my passion for the industry.As a bus operator and rookie investor, I'm constantly seeking out new opportunities to grow my portfolio and build a better future for myself.

I’m new here and am still in immersing myself in all the BP Blogs and pods.

Basically, just immersing yourself in the real estate world will help a lot. 

That allowed me to immerse myself in the Chicago real estate market/industry which has been an absolute game changer and dramatically changed my life's trajectory.  

Ultimately our goal is financial freedom and leaving a legacy for our kids.I'd really like to start immersing myself into this, however, there is so much information out there, and i don't really want to waste time with gimmics, or things like " I'll tell you how this is done in my next book/ video..." but the information never comes, or isn't actually valuable. 

So I am excited to get immersed in the Bigger Pockets community to connect and learn with other like-minded people who will inspire me to be a doer and not an observer!
