water heaters:  flush them every two years, replace anode every 4 years.dishwasher : clear food trapa\c pour clorine through condensate drain etc

In fact, we charge a higher lease-up fee if an investor/owner requires agent showings.In 3 years, the most common issue we find is someone using the bathroom and not flushing.

My upstairs unit heat is working great, except in one room (middle bedroom).No heat was coming out of it when I got the property, but my heating guy flushed the system, bled the radiators, replaced the water tank for the furnace, and all was well.

Mom only speaks Spanish, and mom and the eldest son (adult) are on the lease.All week we've been trying some different things to solve the heating problem -- I was the only visitor to the house -- and today my plumbing/heating guy came by with his associate to flush the system.
