It seems like that size purchase wouldn't make it worth so would love to hear more on that.I did a 1031 exchange here in Chicago, where we built a ground up single family, but then exchanged into a 19 unit building.

So I obtained the original survey of the home when it was built and at different points when it was sold (I was fortunate in that family had owned it before me and I was able to do the research to get to all of those surveys).Â
