What are some strategic marketing ideas have you seen that will target specifically into "Bigger Multifamily" accounts market?

I just pulled up and printed the "Palm Desert Economic Development Strategic Plan" which is a strategic framework for the next 5~10 years.

I would formulate a list of questions for the tenants officially to see if you can get them answered. 

In the end everyone finds their own answer as to what is best for them and they use that knowledge or understanding to formulate strategies on how to accomplish their goals. 

So selling a dog to free up cash but using a 1031 so you can then purchase two or more with the proceeds can be a good strategic move. 

The way to present the market active or chaotic can borrow from stock analysis models formulated by economists..... 

Glad we paid the $275 and are now aware of any and all issues and can be strategic / selective on what to address.

I’m looking for some strategic advice but I don’t know anyone locally that thinks like the people on this board.I have four houses, three rentals plus primary. 3/2 1050sq’ owe $75k worth $240k rent is $1025 improved rent would be $1200 3/2.5 1090sq’ owe $80k worth $270k rent is $1025 improved rent would be $1450 3/2.5 2400sq’ owe $190k worth $455k rent is $1950 5/3 3500sq’ owe $160 worth $550k primaryI live in the west and values are sliding so numbers are guesses but I tend to be conservative.If I had to guess our 'real skin' in all this is probably about $25k.
