If you are on the fence about attending in the future, as I have been in the past, let this be your inner voice telling you to absolutely attend the next BPCON.

If you are having trouble, it's one of these two reasons; you aren't marketing properly OR your deals just aren't good.

The other factor with this: I think many (not all) of the buyers today that are going in with negative leverage (artificially buying down a short term rate cap does not create positive leverage) are going to be in trouble.  

I was a little on the fence at the beginning but they have been rolling out features and with the new funding I would bet their tech map will push them over the edge.   

Even if that is accurate, it seems there is plenty of equity to be had, but we are having trouble securing a loan for a STR.My mom lives on the ground floor of the house and Airbnbs the 2nd floor (with it’s own entrance).

This home having a pool is huge for summer rentals and rates, also on a privacy fenced 1/2 acre.
