Give them a call, they are usually very helpful in explaining things.

Clearly explain the situation and request that they address the issue as per your policy.If the title insurance company is unresponsive or denies your claim, then it may be necessary to consult with an attorney to explore further legal action.

Reach out to agencies in your area (housing commission, Saint Vincent DePaul, etc.) explain the situation and ask them who provides eviction prevention assistance to renters.

I'd also try calling the court house (or whoever issued the writ of possession) and ask them about options explaining that your calls to the marshall's office go no where.

And many agents are not educated enough to explain the difference to them in a positive way.

I was simply using a metaphor to help explain tax's impact on commerce, that's it.
