thanks for the welcome biggrpro and ndg1I have a company called DCH Management,LLC , my site is www.investwithdch.com , I am primarily into single family rentals (I prefer Sec 8 tenants) , I am also starting a "flip" and in Phase 1 of drawing up plans for a small 16 unit sec 8 housing. just drawing up the plans is exhausting.

There would no way to even guess how much it would cost without knowing exactly where the splits are in your pipes to the individual units.

There are some other things, pvc drain pipe from kitchen is broken from the sink to the sewer line, replace the gas water heater with a electric, a couple broke windows, storm door.

Splitting off to a JB that's intended for a hard wired wall hung microwave or an exhaust fan would be a violation, USBs not sure.I spoke to one inspector and his reaction was he would overlook it since its not hurting anything but he might question it if he sees a dedicated one, such as a receptacle with nothing else but 4 USBs.Anyways, one or two local inspector's opinions may not mean much.

I couldnt exactly prove it, so i changed the toilet to a one peice toilet and instructed the tenant how to sit on the bowl.If the wax seal under the toilet was broken then I imagine any flushed water still flow down the pipe and then worst case partially discharge to the surrounding floor joist area or pool in the bathroom.
