If you are over 50-60% start systematically reducing the introduction of moisture and increase ventialtion.Make sure the basement is dry, if not check your gutters, downspout extensions and get a dehumidifier.

IE wholesaling but that takes money and major sales skills.. and a market that has a lot of excess inventory and rental inventory.. it really depends on where your living and working.. all the guru training materials say just about the same thing there is nothing brand new .. just the same methods or schemes repackaged and regurgitated to enduce those who want it all now and are willing to pay for fast track.think MLM..

If you are thinking rehab and resell, then documenting every step, showing you waited for all the framing to get dry enough to re-drywall and perhaps getting pro mold treatment with a warrenty would help mitigate flood value loss.
