Corporate travel, divorce, etc. are other potential tenants.If costs in your market allow, I would encourage a duplex purchase vs SF...potentially 2 income streams vs 1 would help offset the extra cost of a duplex.  

We would encourage them to share the good, bad, and ugly so you can gauge whether we are a good fit for your investment needs.While it's true that many of our clients haven't directly come from this platform, I'm excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community now as well.

I would just encourage you to think more broadly about guest types for midterm rentals.

Like many of us here, I felt as though my life was on auto-pilot, and I wasn't working towards anything meaningful.

Maybe selling into something with better numbers or lower headaches is the right decision for you, however I want to encourage you to speak with a few different experts along the way so that you can account for all of the important variables.
