If you don't mind my asking, did they encourage you in one direction or another?

So I try to be careful instructing and encouraging debt to folks; this isn't sub 4% debt this is 6% + debt it's going to cripple some people.

I encourage all others who have been swindled or have had similar experiences to share them too and to submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, State Board of Accountancy, Federal Trade Commission, Police Department’s Financial Crime Unit, and the District Attorney.

And, yes, a home inspection will also be strongly encouraged for any deal as a good home inspector can save you plenty of problems if they discover things during the inspection!

I wouldn't encourage paying cash, everyone is afraid of the interest rates we are seeing but they aren't terrible.

If it's a great deal I encourage them to go for it!
