I help the lady who cleans my house with her insurance,  she has no clue how to even search for the insurance page, on top of that, she is really embarrassed to ask me to do that.

I'm incredibly embarrassed at this failure and not really sure what to do now.  

I probably should post photos but I don't intend to embarrass you, just won't you to be honest about what you're "services" are really all about.
