rental property returns etc is nothing more than napkin math trying to dive deeper into it up front is just silly.. every property is different in its condition and build quality every tenant is a different experience etc.. this only works if your buying a building with all the same units and same construction.

Consider the downside (what if you take them to court and end up with nothing) before you jump in the deep end.I hope this situation resolves itself for you and doesn't put you off of investing in real estate.

Someone just starting out who needs cash flow should not immediately dive into coastal markets.

And then there are others that are just pump and dump due diligence schemes.. now when i googled this company their web page came up .. but there is also complaints and a rip off report link.. so i would read all that stuff first.. take it with a grain of salt.then look deep within and ask yourself if with your business acumen and 2 to 3 years of tax returns.. and your fico and your cash reserves can you do a 1 plus deal.
