My grandparents lived in Fresno (my grandfather was a cotton broker) and being that I grew up in the Pasadena area, Bakersfield was about ½ way so we would always stop there for lunch or dinner and get gas.

Buy them dinner or lunch and tell them "I'll send you all my dead leads.

We meet the 4th Tuesday of the month at Brothers 2 in Endwell NY. 6:30 PM, earlier if you plan to order dinner.

My house was a disaster from the moving, sorted laundry, making dinner, and my 4 yr olds toys everywhere.

Went to dinner last night and they brought Pinto beans on rice as their Red beans.

They syndicators I know personally are answering emails and phone calls late into the night, early mornings, at family dinners, etc.  

The cost is free other than if you want to eat dinner. 

Going out to dinner three times a week with the family can really eat up a lot of cash, so something as simple as cooking more meals at home can make a huge difference.If you really want to get technical, look over your expenses the past 3 months and see where you are spending the most and where you can cut back, then stick to it.
