Upon contacting the local government I get told that their hands are tied and cannot evict for any reason and that my best bet is to call higher up the chain of command but they made it clear that if I accept any amount of payment the process will be void.The tenant was also laid off the first week of April so with unemployment and the stimulus check he will actually be making more money over the next few months than he was prior.

Jacksonville ranked 440 overall, but in the Jobs and Growth category it ranked 506 (and this was before the USMC commandant announced force reductions in the coming years).I love Wilmington and think that the city and the surrounding areas close enough for commuting distance are going to see a lot of growth in the coming years, but I am staying clear of Jacksonville and Richlands areas.

And as a lawyer you are best equipped to draft and have a commanding knowledge of the contracts for exactly this. i would suggest focusing on shorter term bridge financing type situations, and structure them in a manner more akin to a strategic partnership than a lender lender one as an added focus and goal will be REI education, keeping involved in all aspects possible as you will be able to learn from others works, and risks for that fact.
