HiI have a rental home in Center Point and Montgomery.

I am specifically looking to invest in commercial strip centers, apartment buildings, medical buildings, or offices in general.      

I hope the fact that its centered around whiskytown helps Calfire with water. 

Where I live, I have private well and septic,  but as you get closer to the center of town some residents have access to only the municipal water supply and others have access to municipal water and sewer.  

And, I would strongly recommend the western side of Arlington, say Center Street and west toward Ft Worth, if you're south of I-30. 

Pearland is closer to Texas Medical Center.  

Do you have interest in purchasing larger assets like apartments, commercial strip centers, etc?
