Facebook is a great place to get leads through boosted posts giving value, but you need to spend a lot of time building your business page and website so that they show you as a professional agent who knows what they are doing.One final note on Facebook advertising - unless you are directing a Facebook ad to a dedicated lead capture page and CRM, you are wasting your money.

Indexing is great if your committed to the stock market or are OK deferring your RE plans, if the market drops.RE can beat the stock market because the RE investor can put in the time and effort to influence the investment outcome - which can't be done in the stock market.

That also increases IRR and CoC returns but again, we'd rather be conservative so we don't show the boosted returns in our main marketing deck.

That being said...Some of the ways I have influenced the sphere of prospective tenants I get is: 1) I don't do Craiglist.

In your experience, has running adds helped solely in boosting likes/followers or do you find legit buyers/investors coming to you from the content you put out?

Amazon is also building a new distribution center 10 minutes away that we hope will bring a boost to the economy, so we want to wait and see with this one.
