I don't see how you would do that with a parcel that can be developed for its approved zoning.

I have a young couple with a retriever puppy bombarding me with inquiries. I told them puppies and unfixed dogs would be a no-go for us. They said they don't plan on fixing the dog because they want to breed him (!!)....

I just did one for Servisfirst there in Charleston.. its required along with 2 years tax's they run a credit report but its not the driver for loan approval or rates..

The borrower outlines there plan and dates and it is set up with the LOE in the file but in most cases where the bank holds the paper/loan its sent to the credit committee for the final approval and we close.

@Chris Clothier yes we are seeing residents be less mobile recently as well (we manage 1000 doors in OKC Metro) as long as the owners keep the increase under 10% they tend to stay and renew.

Chrome on mobile is clunky enough but BP banners, ads and layouts make it almost impossible to see what I type, answer questions etc.
