You can use a regular email address for your LLC, but it may appear less professional.

The Registered Agent will record the documents on your behalf so only their name and information appear on the documents.

Seller claims all 3 beds are original & from my inspection, they appear to be original as well.  

And I’ll let you in on my experience of 40 plus years in real estate, and having personally met many of he older time gurus; take away the slick presentation (prepared by a marketing firm in either Las Vegas, Nevada, or in Provo, Utah), the “glamour” shot appearance makeover, the unsubstantiated resume and personal history, and the buzz words and motivational bs, and what you’re left with is most times a salesman/marketer and NOT someone who has had much if any success investing in real property.   

Generally speaking we prefer new just because of the cleanliness and appearance.

This could be a huge expense if I run into roof damage but it doesn't appear I can take it off (it comes with a $22 savings which I'd happily remove to have replacement cost).

While multi family and new built luxury high rises might be going down it does not appear to affect more desirable properties that offer more space, amenities, better locations.I am in South East in a desirable area.What is your take on rental outlook?
