People are consumers and can't stop their addiction for buying more stuff they don't need.

Its pretty rare to encounter drug addicts with strong credit. 

I'm bullish on Self Storage investing and have been for quite some time, especially as we stand on the precipice of who-knows-what regarding the market, economy, and so forth.Self Storage has proven to be historically Recession-Resistant mainly because we're in the Transition & Trauma business, and as long as (unfortunately) there's divorce, death, down-sizing, & so forth, and as long as Americans are addicted to our stuff, there's going to be a need for Self Storage, basically 7 SQ FT per person all across this land.  

The local population is unemployed meth addicts.

He is a fraud, a lier, and a drug addict.

I definitely thought you were being PC about a heroin addicted tenant!

Does he have a bad relationship with the sister or his deceased father, does he need money, mental issues, drug addiction?

On the other hand, I listed a room for rent and for 70 people interested all of whom were homeless, addicted to drugs, had kids from sketchy dudes, etc. 

One son (S1) decided to occupy the home, has addiction problems, and the home has no electricity or running water.
