If any thing WFH has gotten a bad rap over the years because of employer abuse & also because employees have gotten left behind given lack of face time etc.

This determination is highly factual and strict documentation requirements exist to prevent abuse.

The reasoning given by the city to change this was that "some" investors were abusing their multiple unit situation.

I gave up driving buyers around looking at houses - I dumped the idea representing sellers and being abused by other agents, brokers, title companies, lenders, underwriters and other gate keepers who tried to stop me from succeeding in the real estate business!

I add a small fee for each service call in my lease so that they don't abuse it.

I would be very careful in pursuing additional loans on your VA entitlement like Elizabeth has done until you are physically in the house.VA loans are a great program for us Vets, but misuse/abuse of the program can lead to very severe penalties.  

Well, the answer was interesting.When you are learning to drive or taking your driver's education road test, did you do it in a BUS?

There is also a very real chance of violence when dealing with someone who is mentally unstable and abusing substances.

Valspar makes a matt clear you can roll/brush on, which i was going to use for the whole project to avoid spraying indoors,but i could not find it locally.Since the doors get all the abuse from handling, it was important to me to have the extra protection on them.I did not anticipate how much i would like the look and feel of the matt clear!
