Is there a magazine?

Is there any sites or magazines (I know dated) where we can find current floor plans, interior designs of what currently sales in today’s market to add value to a rehab?

It may seem like very little to a New Yorker. 

Keep pictures of yourself off the walls, minimal furniture, keep it tidy, no books, magazines, dirty dishes, clutter, etc. 

Background:  I am a 31-year old New Yorker who is looking to purchase an investment property in/around New York City. 

One of my STRs caters to gun people so there are firearms all over the place and I stock it with gun cleaning supplies and NRA magazines....

I am a life long New Yorker and I am looking to start my real estate investment journey with a house hack.
