Years ago we did not provide laundry units to tenants, and found that when tenants had to move their own units in and out, they damaged floors, walls, cabinets, hooked the units up wrong, didn't properly install wiring or dryer venting, etc.

A low-cost way to do it would be to paint the walls, the garage door, and close off any access to utilities.

Hopefully you have left over paint and that is an easy thing, I wouldn't necessarily charge them for unless there are large holes in the wall.

I'm looking for durable furniture, linens, construction materials, things like that.I have and STR and an MTR and the maintenance things just keep piling up: LVP cracking, paint chipping/peeling/bubbling, walls constantly getting marked up, dining chair bolts coming loose, stains on every piece of cloth and furniture.
