Yes, our plan was to use the agent that ran the comps and assisted us as our selling agent, and if the relationship and experience was good use them in future deals as part of our team.

They will have relationships with creditors, or at the very least, know exactly what the creditor's parameters for settlement are. 

Hopefully you at least built some good industry relationships while going through this exercise.

I tried to post a JV Partnership request and they denied the posting of the request and said  JV posts are not allowed.Hopefully, I can meet and connect with some serious investors to work with and create profitably, successful relationships with.  

Totally doable if that sounds like something you're willing to do.If you were looking to go that route, I'd recommend getting a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to keep track of leads and follow-ups.

You aren't going to be a good landlord and this has been proven already by the relationship between you and the management company.
