Over $400k, for some contrast, I can (& do) default to waving all lender points/fees.CFPB/Dodd-Frank is set up to benefit those borrowing larger sums of money at the expense of those borrowing little, Congress was on crack when they wrote it and should have been subject to their very own "zero tolerance" anti-drug policies.
