Upgrading units to add new appliances, washer dryer hook ups, other smart technology can go a long way too

They are forced to adopt policies and technologies and they will see that it works. 

& hopefully technology/science will pull through. 

In Information Technology Security for 20 years (work form home) and my wife has been in Hotel management/hospitality for 20 years.

What I am thinking about is probably more the price points and technological advancement.

Times have changed, technology advanced, so things are handled differently 25 years ago as compared to today.
