This is all to get a transcript of a tax return which was filed and paid on time and there is absolutely no logical reason for me to have to go looking for this on a Friday the weekend before I'm supposed to close.

We are in town for the Pitbull Conference that Friday and thought we would put this together.

What I was told is that the authorities that might care typically work Monday - Friday so if you put them out on the weekend and take them back down before Monday morning you're less likely to have trouble.  

My partner (@James Sheppard) and I will be in the Baltimore (city), Maryland this coming Friday for a rental property inspection and hope to make the best use of our time scouting key areas, meeting with an investor-friendly real estate agent, or even connecting with a good wholesaler.Please reach out with an recommendations.
