We have been in Maryland for one year, have driven-for-dollars, searched the portals, but would like advise from those of you familiar with the area or with any experience.We have some money saved, however, we know to get started it requires us to save more than 10K.

MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT OF SOMEONE WHO HAS WRITTEN OR PARTICIPATED IN ASSITING ATTORNEYS, FUND MANAGERS ETC WITH THEIR INVESTOR PRESENTATIONS, PORTALS AND OTHER SERVICES.

I’ve been reading over the SEC’s website and it says that all investments that are not an accredited investor, friends or family must go through a broker-dealer or a funding portal?

He was supposed to pay for lawn services and simply decided he didn't want to and made a unilateral decision to gravel it over.Additionally, per the PM, payments are supposed to be posted through the landlord portal but hadn't been for months.  

* Are all my invoices uploaded to my owner portal?

Rent payments should be reflected in your owner portal around the 5th of every month and owner disbursements will continue on your normal disbursement and accounting schedule.Q.

I'd like to upgrade to a system where the tenants have a portal to pay online, review leasing docs, communicate as a group, etc. 

The tenants are already set up on an online portal where they pay their rent and can submit maintenance requests.

Almost all also offer the tenant an opportunity to pay by debit or credit card, plus a fee.As a PM, I believe most target self-managers and I not aware of any that have a 'landlord-portal' to share updates to your clients.
