It's not like my skills would be outdated. :0)I cannot stress enough about having a supportive spouse. 

These guys were wearing what looked like "thrown together" outdated suits from the Salvation Army store or the local 5 and dime shop.

There's a good website called www.bankfox.com, the list is kind of old and outdated but it lists all of the "small banks" in your state basically banks or credit unions with less than ten branches, and gives them a score 1 out of 5. 

About a year and a half ago we bought our first house, which was extremely outdated.

House is extremely outdated but all problems just cosmetic...except for the mold.

If you have a physical office and a phone number I can call as a potential buyer or seller and get a real person and a legitimate looking (ie not outdated) website then I think it’s legitimate.
