People can laugh but I will put specific things on the addendum to the lease - I just rented to a woman with 2 dogs, nice dogs that are crated and clean, but the house has hardwood floors, and my addendum specifically reads "dog's nails will be kept clipped so as not to cause damage to hardwood floors".
